A Delaware LLC electing REIT status, qualified under Regulation A Tier 2 on November 13, 2018 for $50,000,000 and raised to $75,000,000 by offering circular supplement in March 2021. It sold $65,113,948 of $10 Class A Investor Shares to 25,527 investors. It paid a monthly distribution at a 5.00% annualized rate from June 2019 to September 2021, declared $4,982,436 in 2022 funded by the only profitable year in its history, and has declared nothing since; $1,100,471 of the 2022 declaration was still unpaid at December 31, 2025. At that date it held ten positions at a cost of $59,679,847, total assets of $91,411,081, notes payable of $47,514,872 and cash of $87,920, with an accumulated deficit of $(31,175,926) and book value of about $5.21 behind each $10 share. Its five-year term was extended twice and it is now in a stated 12 to 24 month winding up.
