# Advent Global Technology III-B SCSp: SEC filings and what they report

Luxembourg special limited partnership (SCSp) at L-1222 Luxembourg, filing as a pooled investment fund of the private equity type. Its notices name Advent Global Technology III GP S.a r.l., Luxembourg, as general partner and promoter, and Neil Crawford, Boston, as executive officer, described as senior director of the general partner of the manager of a manager of the issuer's general partner.
