# GTCR Fund XV/B LP: SEC filings and what they report

Delaware limited partnership, a parallel vehicle of GTCR Fund XV. Its Form D/A of October 6, 2026 reports $14,222,830,776 sold to 148 investors against an indefinite offering amount, up from $0 on the August 6, 2026 notice. The four vehicles (XV/A LP, XV/B LP, XV/C LP, all Delaware, and XV/D SCSp, Luxembourg) report the identical total, which AltStreet reads as the Fund XV program's combined amount sold rather than a figure per vehicle; the investor counts (148, 148, 144 and 34) overlap in ways the notices do not disclose. A June 2026 staff recommendation of the Rhode Island Office of the General Treasurer put the fund's target at $13.5 billion, about 17% above Fund XIV, which closed at $11.5 billion in May 2023. Related persons on every notice: Mark M. Anderson, Aaron D. Cohen, Sean L. Cunningham, David A. Donnini, Constantine S. Mihas, Collin E. Roche, Rohan S. Ranadive and Jeffrey S.
