# AltStreet Weekly Markets: Blue Owl Net Lease Trust Reports $2.9B More Sold in a Single Amendment

Blue Owl Real Estate Net Lease Trust reported cumulative sales rising from $6.31 billion to $9.22 billion in a single Form D/A, the week's largest capital-formation signal. On-chain private credit TVL printed at $3.02 billion, a 92nd-percentile reading in AltStreet's tracking window, and one that is effectively a Maple Finance statistic. Seven new Reg CF offerings were detected.

Published August 29, 2026. Entity: Weekly Markets Wrap.

The week ending August 28 was shaped more by filings than by price action. A single Form D/A from Blue Owl Real Estate Net Lease Trust, an entity AltStreet tracks within its iCapital universe, reported issuer-disclosed cumulative sales climbing from $6.31 billion to $9.22 billion, the largest capital-formation delta in AltStreet's tracked universe this week. Across the broader EDGAR filings flow, seven new Regulation Crowdfunding Form C offerings were detected by AltStreet's enumeration, and signal counts across amendment activity, annual reports, and exchange-act filings remained elevated.

Window statistics in this wrap reference each series' observation history; most windows begin mid-July 2026. On the aggregate side, AltStreet Tracked On-Chain Private Credit TVL pushed into its 92nd percentile, though that reading is almost entirely a Maple Finance statistic given the protocol's concentration in the aggregate. Tokenized equity basis widened, RTX 4090 spot hit a window low, and energy benchmarks softened on the week.

## Three things that mattered

1. Blue Owl's $2.9B Form D/A delta. The week's dominant capital-formation signal came from Blue Owl Real Estate Net Lease Trust, which AltStreet tracks within its iCapital entity universe: a Form D/A filed August 27 reported cumulative amounts sold rising from $6.31 billion to $9.22 billion. The same filing reported investor count moving from 30,433 to 44,524. These are issuer-reported cumulative figures; AltStreet does not attribute a cause to any amendment delta.

2. On-chain private credit TVL at its 92nd percentile. AltStreet Tracked On-Chain Private Credit TVL stood at $3.02 billion as of August 28, placing it at the 92nd percentile across 49 observations since July 11. That reading is inseparable from Maple Finance, which accounted for effectively the entire aggregate (roughly 99.9%); the concentration note belongs in the same breath as the level.

3. Tokenized equity basis widened. The AltStreet Tokenized Equity Basis, the median absolute premium of a curated set of tokenized equities against their underlying securities, printed at 35.74 basis points across nine symbols on August 27, up from 24.17 bps on August 19. The widening means the tokens in the curated set tracked their underlyings less closely; it is a deviation measure, not a return.

## EDGAR Filings Flow: Blue Owl leads a busy iCapital week

[AltStreet's EDGAR filings flow](/edgar) detected eight Form D amendment deltas across AltStreet's tracked-entity universe in the trailing seven days, alongside 19 exchange-act filings, 13 Regulation Crowdfunding amendments, 13 new EDGAR entity detections, 11 Reg CF annual reports, 10 new Form 1-U filings, 4 amendment-spike flags, 3 Reg CF raise-closure filings, and 1 offering-circular supplement. These are signal counts from AltStreet's detection window, not a complete enumeration of all EDGAR activity.

The headline delta came from Blue Owl Real Estate Net Lease Trust's Form D/A, filed August 27; AltStreet tracks the entity within its iCapital universe. The amendment reported issuer-disclosed cumulative amounts sold at $9,215,631,136, up from a prior reported figure of $6,305,908,754, and a disclosed investor count moving from 30,433 to 44,524. Three amendments from iCapital-branded feeders followed: the iCapital-Carlyle Tactical Private Credit Access Fund (International), Ltd. (filed August 24) reported cumulative sales rising from $273,692,681 to $354,621,436; EQPE iCapital Offshore Access Feeder SPC (also August 24) moved from $11,060,000 to $71,721,453; and iCapital-Henderson Park NA Real Estate Onshore Access Fund I, L.P. (August 26) reported first sales of $7,025,000 against a prior figure of zero. All figures are issuer-reported cumulative amounts sold per Form D/A; AltStreet does not attribute a cause to any delta.

Three raise-closure signals detected this week carry much older filing dates: a 2024 DealMaker-hosted filing for Coin and Card Auctions, Inc. and 2023 filings for reAlpha 612 Jasmine Lane Inc. and StartEngine-hosted Vroom Solar Inc. Form C-U progress updates and Form C-TR terminations are reporting events, not investment outcomes, and these rows carry no USD unit tags in the dossier, so AltStreet reports them as detected signals only.

On the Reg CF side, AltStreet's own enumeration of SEC Form C filings detected seven new Form C offerings for the week ending August 28, from seven distinct issuers. The median detection lag for this window is one day, meaning the seven-offering count is likely close to final but may still revise upward slightly. Aggregate disclosed target capital across the seven offerings was $14,844,000, with a median target of $1,235,000. The two largest targets were CERLOS(R) Factory I, LLC and Fine Treasure, LLC, each disclosing a $5,000,000 target. The trailing 28-day window covering July 31 through August 28 recorded 52 new Form C filings, with the broader Form C family (including amendments, progress updates, annual reports, and withdrawals) totaling 72 filings over that period.

## Elsewhere in the tape

AltStreet Tracked RWA TVL stood at $5.16 billion as of August 28, with Ondo Finance representing $3.52 billion and Centrifuge representing $1.64 billion of the two-protocol aggregate. The series sits at its 81st percentile across 48 observations since July 12.

The AltStreet Large-Pool Stablecoin Yield Median printed at 4.119% across 107 qualifying pools (pools of at least $50 million TVL) as of August 28, near-flat from 4.122% on August 19. The series sits at its 79th percentile across 48 observations since July 12. Among the ten largest pools by TVL, Maple's USDC pool on Ethereum advertised 4.946% and its USDT pool 4.597%; Sky Lending's SUSDS pool advertised 3.52%. These are protocol-advertised yields, not audited realized returns.

The AltStreet On-Chain Credit Spread printed at 79 basis points as of August 28, up from 61 bps on August 19. This is the TVL-weighted advertised yield across AltStreet's tracked on-chain private credit protocols less the large-pool stablecoin yield median. Maple carried 99.1% of the credit-leg weight; the spread is not an on-chain credit market average and should not be read as one. Both legs are protocol-advertised yields. The series' trailing window runs only from August 15, covering 14 observations; the spread sits at its 93rd percentile within that window, which is too brief to support any extreme characterization.

The AltStreet GPU Rental Index H100 on-demand median held at $4.19 per GPU-hour across nine offers from Azure, CoreWeave, Lambda Labs, and RunPod, unchanged from the August 19 print. The A100 80GB on-demand median also held at $3.2315 per GPU-hour across four offers. Both series have printed the identical value on every observation across 48 prints since July 12, consistent with a stable provider-list pricing structure rather than a moving market. The RTX 4090 spot median printed at approximately $0.201 per GPU-hour across four offers from RunPod, SaladCloud, and Vast.ai, a window low across 48 observations since July 12, down from $0.304 on August 19. The H100 on-demand spread ratio (highest offer divided by lowest offer within the class) stands at 4.25, with the H100 offer range running from $2.89 to $12.29.

Bittensor (TAO) trades at $235.30 as of August 28, placing it at the 92nd percentile of its observed range across 48 observations since July 12 (window: $188.12 to $249.80). Render (RNDR) trades at $1.45, at the 50th percentile of its window. Akash (AKT) trades at $0.517, near the middle of its window. All three posted negative 24-hour changes on the print date.

WTI Cushing spot, per the U.S. EIA (official government data, series PET.RWTC.D), printed at $83.90 per barrel as of August 25, down from $86.48 on August 18. Henry Hub natural gas spot, per EIA series NG.RNGWHHD.D, printed at $2.70 per MMBtu as of August 25, down from $2.82 on August 18, and sits at the 13th percentile of its observed eight-observation window since July 6. Lower-48 working gas in storage, per EIA series NG.NW2_EPG0_SWO_R48_BCF.W, was reported at 3,184 Bcf for the week ending August 21, up from 3,169 Bcf the prior week, a window high across eight weekly observations since July 3, a count too small to call the reading extreme.

Polymarket 24-hour traded volume, the headline of AltStreet Prediction Market Activity, printed at $51.7 million across 1,998 active markets as of August 28 (two-venue print; Kalshi is carried as open-event breadth at roughly 8,000 events, not summed with Polymarket dollars, and Kalshi's 24-hour volume field is not published). The top Polymarket markets by 24-hour volume were sports contracts and a cluster of September Federal Reserve rate-decision markets. The series sits at its 86th percentile across 14 observations since August 15, a window too short to support an extreme characterization.

The AltStreet Tokenized Equity Venue Spread, the median quoted cross-venue gap for AltStreet's curated tokenized-equity set, printed at 25.01 basis points across nine symbols on August 28, up from 18.61 bps on August 19. SPY showed the widest median spread at 54.57 bps (Solana xStocks vs. Robinhood Chain Uniswap v4); TSLA the narrowest at 14.21 bps. No depth-adjusted executable spread is published; these are quoted gaps between venue TWAPs and say nothing about available size. TSLA on Robinhood Chain (Uniswap v4) and MSFT on both Solana xStocks and Robinhood Chain (Uniswap v4) were flagged for thin or extreme-premium conditions and excluded from those venue pairs. AltStreet Tokenized Equity Venue Liquidity, a separate 103-symbol xStocks universe on CoinGecko, reported $88.3 million in 24-hour traded volume across 62 symbols above the $1,000 floor, with a median symbol volume of $2,109. SPYx and GLDx were the top two by volume. This print is live collection, not retrospective backfill.

Nature Carbon Tonne (NCT) trades at $0.2228 as of August 28, a window low across 48 observations since July 12. Klima Protocol K2 trades at approximately $0.0101, at the 10th percentile of its window; kVCM, the carbon-value token with approximately $1,000 in typical daily volume across five DEX pairs, trades at approximately $0.0139, at the 6th percentile of its window. Both Klima tokens are micro-cap; kVCM in particular should be treated as a weak price signal. The Puro.earth registry, per Puro.earth's public data, shows 1,045,205 CO2 Removal Certificates retired and 1,812,725 issued on a cumulative basis as of August 28, with 119 certified projects and a retirement ratio of 57.66%. These are cumulative counters since registry inception; the meaningful read is the change between prints, not the level. The AltStreet Royalty Yield Print recorded fewer than three usable closings this week; no weekly median is computed. The trailing 28-day window (four closings) carried a median entry yield of approximately 9.9%, sourced from Royalty Exchange public past-deal listing data.

Finally, the Hiive50 index, an equal-weight price index of the 50 most liquid securities on Hiive (Hiive, attributed), printed at 174.24, up roughly 57% over twelve months and roughly 34% over six months, per Hiive's published period-change figures.

## Frequently asked

How large is AltStreet's tracked tokenized-RWA universe, and what does it include? AltStreet Tracked RWA TVL currently aggregates two protocols with active DefiLlama slugs: Ondo Finance, at $3.52 billion, and Centrifuge, at $1.64 billion, for a combined $5.16 billion as of August 28. The aggregate requires at least two protocols with TVL fresh within three days; it covers AltStreet's tracked tokenized_rwa universe only, not all tokenized real-world assets across all protocols and chains. Composition is published with each print.

What does the AltStreet On-Chain Credit Spread actually measure, and why does the top-protocol weight matter? The spread is the TVL-weighted advertised yield across AltStreet's tracked on-chain private credit protocols (pools of at least $1 million TVL with a reported APY), less the AltStreet Large-Pool Stablecoin Yield Median on the same date, expressed in basis points. Both legs are protocol-advertised yields aggregated by DefiLlama, not audited realized returns. The top-protocol weight matters because Maple carried 99.1% of the credit-leg weight as of August 28 (Herfindahl: 0.982 across four pools and two protocols): the spread is functionally Maple's advertised yield premium over the stablecoin benchmark, not a market-wide on-chain credit average. Any movement in the spread is almost entirely a Maple Finance reading.
