# BUIDL Crossed $5.1B in Reported Sales as 1547 Expanded Its Data Center Fund to $450M

BlackRock's tokenized Treasury fund added $1.88 billion between Form D filings, 1547 Data Center Fund III reported $301 million sold, and on-chain private-credit TVL slipped to $2.30 billion.

Published August 1, 2026. Entity: Weekly Markets Wrap.

July closed with a sharp divergence across AltStreet's tracked markets: private-fund fundraising accelerated while several on-chain, crypto-linked and energy benchmarks moved lower.

BlackRock USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund Ltd., the issuer behind BUIDL, reported $5.136 billion in cumulative Form D sales on July 27, up from $3.251 billion in its prior amendment. The $1.884 billion increase was the largest individual capital-formation change in AltStreet's tracked filing universe for the week.

Two days later, 1547 Data Center Fund III expanded its stated offering from $300 million to $450 million and reported cumulative amount sold rising from $218.2 million to $301 million. Its investor count increased from 19 to 36.

Outside the filing tape, the picture was quieter. On-chain private-credit TVL declined to $2.30 billion, large-pool stablecoin yields were nearly unchanged, enterprise GPU rental rates held steady and the RTX 4090 spot median moved higher.

## Three things that mattered

1. BUIDL's reported cumulative sales increased by $1.88 billion. The July 27 Form D/A reported $5,135,523,412 sold, compared with $3,251,152,228 previously — an increase of approximately 58.0%. Reported investor count moved in the opposite direction, from 42 to 28, but the filing provides no reconciliation or explanation.

2. 1547 increased both the size and reported placement of Data Center Fund III. Two July 30 amendments raised the total offering amount to $450 million and cumulative amount sold to $301 million. Investor count increased by 89.5%, from 19 to 36.

3. Consumer-grade compute pricing firmed while enterprise rates stayed flat. The RTX 4090 spot median rose from $0.272 to $0.302 per GPU-hour. H100 and A100 80GB on-demand medians remained unchanged at $4.19 and $3.232, respectively.

## Private-market fundraising drove the week

The final week of July produced a dense mix of capital formation, periodic reporting and fund wind-down activity across AltStreet's tracked EDGAR universe.

The filing flow included nine Form D amendments, sixteen offering-circular supplements, fourteen new Form 1-U filings, six offering terminations, six new Form 1-K filings, five redemption-suspension signals and one deregistration. The breadth suggests a month-end administrative filing surge rather than a single sector-specific event.

BUIDL was the largest individual capital-formation change. Its cumulative amount sold rose by approximately $1.884 billion between annual amendments, even as the reported investor count declined from 42 to 28.

The two fields should not be combined into a conclusion that BUIDL attracted larger investments from a smaller economic user base. Form D does not identify investors, disclose individual position sizes or explain whether the lower count reflects redemptions, revised aggregation, account consolidation or a correction.

The $5.136 billion figure is also not current BUIDL AUM. Form D reports cumulative securities sold and does not subtract subsequent redemptions in the manner of a current NAV or asset statement.

## Data-center and private-credit vehicles also added capital

1547 Data Center Fund III produced the week's other major filing development. Its total offering amount increased from $300 million to $450 million, while cumulative amount sold increased from $218,163,266 to $301 million.

At the newly reported amount, the fund had sold approximately 66.9% of its expanded offering. Under the prior $300 million structure, the same $301 million amount would have exceeded the previously stated offering size, making the increase in the ceiling a material part of the filing sequence.

Investor count rose from 19 to 36. The filings do not identify the additional investors or establish whether the $82.84 million increase occurred throughout the year or in a smaller number of closings immediately before the amendments.

Lord Abbett Private Credit Fund S reported cumulative amount sold rising from $187.3 million to $203.0 million, while investor count increased from 185 to 255. Sycamore Tree High Grade CLO Debt Fund reported amount sold increasing from $121.5 million to $131.5 million.

These are changes between issuer-reported cumulative filing snapshots, not transaction-date fund flows. Form D does not disclose current NAV, capital deployment, portfolio performance or redemption activity.

## On-chain credit slipped while stablecoin yields barely moved

AltStreet Tracked On-Chain Private Credit TVL stood at $2.297 billion on July 31, down from $2.385 billion on July 22.

The aggregate remains overwhelmingly concentrated in Maple Finance, which represented $2.295 billion. Goldfinch contributed approximately $1.92 million. That concentration means changes in Maple dominate the direction of the two-protocol series.

AltStreet Tracked RWA TVL declined to $5.113 billion from $5.166 billion. Ondo Finance accounted for $3.485 billion and Centrifuge for $1.628 billion.

Large-pool stablecoin yields were effectively unchanged. The AltStreet Large-Pool Stablecoin Yield Median printed at 3.972% across 103 pools with at least $50 million of TVL, compared with 3.974% one week earlier.

Among the ten largest qualifying pools, reported APYs ranged from 3.158% for a BSC-hosted USYC pool to 5.147% for a Maple-hosted USDC pool on Ethereum.

## Compute held steady at the high end

Enterprise GPU rental pricing showed little movement despite continued attention on AI-infrastructure capacity.

The H100 on-demand median remained $4.19 per GPU-hour across nine live-verified offers, with a range of $2.89 to $12.29. The A100 80GB median held at $3.232 across four offers, ranging from $2.70 to $4.096.

The RTX 4090 spot median was the exception, increasing approximately 11.0% to $0.302 from $0.272. The July 31 range across six offers was $0.136 to $0.402.

The divergence suggests firmer pricing in the fragmented consumer-GPU spot market without a comparable weekly change in the institutional cloud and dedicated-infrastructure offers represented in the H100 and A100 series.

AI-network tokens did not share that strength. Render declined to $1.37 from $1.52, Akash fell to $0.440 from $0.543 and Bittensor moved to $193.43 from $196.15.

## Elsewhere in the tape — and how to read the numbers

WTI Cushing spot was nearly unchanged at $84.25 per barrel on July 27, compared with $84.38 one week earlier. Henry Hub natural gas declined to $2.63 per MMBtu from $2.80, while Lower-48 working gas storage increased to 3,084 Bcf from 3,056 Bcf.

The weekly royalty dataset contained fewer than three usable closings, so AltStreet did not calculate a weekly median entry yield. The trailing 28-day median stood at approximately 15.0% across eleven Royalty Exchange closings.

Carbon-token prices remained thin and mixed. Nature Carbon Tonne was unchanged at $0.225, Klima K2 declined to $0.01450 and kVCM moved to $0.02321. With approximately $1,000 of daily DEX volume across five pairs, kVCM remains a weak market-price signal.

The Hiive50 Index stood at 165.37 as of July 31, with Hiive reporting a 53.28% increase over twelve months.

AltStreet's filing deltas measure changes in cumulative issuer-reported Form D amounts sold between successive filings. They are not current AUM, transaction-date flows or audited capital balances.

AltStreet's RWA, private-credit, stablecoin-yield and GPU series cover defined tracked universes rather than the entire market. Weekly changes should be interpreted within those stated scopes.

Energy data is sourced from the U.S. Energy Information Administration. Royalty calculations are derived from public Royalty Exchange closing data. Hiive50 figures are attributed to Hiive.
