Fractional Real Assets & Farmland
The practice where an investor purchases a percentage or share of a high-value asset—such as a commercial property, farmland, or infrastructure—instead of acquiring the entire asset. This makes institutional-quality real assets accessible with lower capital commitments, and income and appreciation are shared based on each investor’s ownership percentage.
In one line: Buying a percentage of a high-value asset instead of owning 100% of it.
