AltStreet's tracked-entity universe logged eight signal-detected Form D deltas this week, led by KSL Capital Partners Credit Opportunities Fund V, L.P., which reported $1,035,304,565 sold across 21 investors on September 17 after two earlier notices reporting nothing. Vector Line Capital Fund II amended its cumulative total to $1.6 billion from $550 million the same day. Alongside the filings, two of AltStreet's own market-structure series reached observation-window highs: Tokenized Equity Market Cap at $873,327,876, the highest in a 330-observation series dating to September 19, 2025, and the Tokenized Equity Venue Spread at a 46.76 basis point median, the highest in a 41-observation series dating to August 8, 2026. Broader tracked RWA TVL was little changed at $5.015 billion. Unless a wider window is stated, window statistics below reference each series' own observation history beginning in mid-July 2026.
This week on AltStreet
AltStreet's newsroom tracked a parallel run of Form D, Form C and Reg A disclosures this week; several sit alongside the aggregate signals below.
Filings Flow: Credit, Insurance and Secondary Vehicles Drive an Outsized Week
AltStreet's EDGAR signal detection flagged eight amendment and first-sale deltas across its tracked-entity universe this week, on filings dated September 12 through 18. The largest opening was KSL Capital Partners Credit Opportunities Fund V, L.P., which reported $1,035,304,565 sold across 21 investors on September 17, its first notice to report any sales after two earlier filings at zero. Two sibling feeders filed the same day at $10,152,284 and $4,111,675; the three are one fundraise presented through separate vehicles and their totals are not additive.
Vector Line Capital Fund II, LP amended its cumulative amount sold to $1.6 billion from $550 million, a 190.91% increase, also filed September 17. Neither KSL nor Vector Line carries a platform grouping in AltStreet's tracked universe, so each amount is attributed to the issuer alone.
The week's largest absolute figure belongs to Nationwide PPVUL Separate Account 6, which reported $4,351,048,348 cumulative sold across 4 investors on September 17. That headline number is not this week's event: the filing is the latest in a monthly series of amendments, the August 19 notice already reported $4,032,737,660, and the new money is $318,310,688. The issuer's own Form D records its industry as Insurance, and the vehicle is a private-placement variable universal life separate account rather than a conventional private-equity fund, which is what puts a four-investor filing in the billions.
Within iCapital's tracked universe, VistaOne, L.P. and VistaOne (TE), L.P. filed near-identical Form D amendments on September 14, each raising cumulative amount sold to $1,642,086,104 from $1,298,823,882, a 26.43% increase; AltStreet treats the pair as one aggregate line under its batch presumption for near-identical filings. The same universe carried $98,795,000 for iCapital - VK Global Opportunities Vintage IV Access Fund, L.P., its first filing to report sales. Burford Capital Ltd's own Form D/A, also filed September 14, showed cumulative amount sold falling to $300,000,000 from $400,000,000, alongside the company's announced $300 million notes offering and its call of $400 million of 6.250% 2028 notes; the filing is a capital-formation reporting event, not a judgment on note performance.
None of these deltas are investment outcomes: Form D and Form D/A report issuer-disclosed cumulative amounts sold, not realized returns or fund performance, and AltStreet's counts describe its own tracked-entity universe rather than all of EDGAR.
Private markets and filings
Within AltStreet's tracked-entity universe, a platform grouping labeled Hiive carried a $15,000,000 first-sale Form D/A for HII TENSTORRENT-04, a series of HII Tenstorrent LLC, filed September 16. AltStreet's Reg CF Flow enumeration counted 13 new Form C offerings this week by SEC filing date, up from 12 the prior week, with the largest disclosed target $5,000,000 from Fortune Nickel and Gold Inc; a one-day median detection lag means the count may still revise upward.
The Hiive50, Hiive's index of the fifty most liquid securities on its platform, printed at 175.21, up from 173.88, with Hiive citing a roughly 19% gain over the past three months; AltStreet republishes only the attributed headline level and change under its licensing terms with Hiive.
Tokenized and RWA markets
AltStreet Tokenized Equity Basis, a curated-mark measure of deviation from underlying securities, showed a 39.34 basis point median absolute premium across nine symbols, up from 30.45 and in the upper part of a 47-observation series dating to August 1, 2026. Tokenized Equity Venue Liquidity, drawn from a wider roughly 103-symbol universe, totaled $127.6 million in 24-hour volume, up from $104.4 million.
AltStreet's tracked tokenized-RWA protocol TVL stood at $5.015 billion, little changed from $5.021 billion, comprising Ondo Finance at $3.509 billion and Centrifuge at $1.505 billion: a two-protocol lower bound rather than a market-wide figure. Tokenized Treasury AUM, summing BlackRock's BUIDL and Ondo's USDY, reached $5.766 billion, near the top of a 361-observation series dating to September 19, 2025. The Large-Pool Stablecoin Yield Median climbed to 4.43% from 4.31%, a window high across 102 qualifying pools of at least $50 million.
On-chain private credit ran the other way. AltStreet's tracked TVL fell to $2.836 billion from $3.002 billion, comprising Maple Finance at $2.834 billion and Goldfinch at $2.5 million, so the aggregate tracks Maple's advertised metrics rather than a diversified market. The On-Chain Credit Spread compressed to 52 basis points from 58, with Maple carrying 100% of the qualifying credit leg's weight.
In carbon, Puro.earth's public registry showed cumulative retired removal certificates at 1,084,626, the highest in a 24-observation series dating to August 26, 2026, against 1,876,558 issued across 119 certified projects. Toucan's Nature Carbon Tonne token was little changed at $0.223169.
Alternative-market indicators
AltStreet's GPU Rental Index held H100 on-demand pricing unchanged at $4.19 per GPU-hour for an eighth straight observation, with A100 80GB and RTX 4090 spot also unchanged. AI-infrastructure tokens rose across the board and sit near the top of their ranges: Render at $1.55 from $1.42, Akash at $0.551015 and Bittensor at $249.95 from $239.72.
Polymarket printed $45,691,878 in 24-hour volume across 1,985 markets clearing the venue's activity floor, roughly mid-range; Kalshi, tracked as open-event breadth rather than dollars, carried 8,000 open events. WTI Cushing spot closed at $107.02 per barrel and Henry Hub gas at $2.97 per mmBtu, both higher on the week.
AltStreet's Royalty Yield Print recorded one closing, too few for a weekly median; its four-week trailing figure, from Royalty Exchange's public past-deal listings, stood at a 9.42% median entry yield across 14 deals.
Disclosures
This wrap reports descriptive market data within the scopes defined by each series' own methodology; none of it is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or token.
Third-party benchmarks such as the Hiive50 are quoted with attribution and are not independently verified or ingested by AltStreet beyond the cited headline figures.
Reg CF counts are by SEC filing date. This week's 15 Form C-family filings comprise 13 new Form C, one Form C/A amendment and one Form C-U progress update across 15 distinct issuers, one filer per filing; neither the amendment nor the progress update is an investment outcome.
Window statistics reference each series' own observation history, most windows beginning in mid-July 2026 unless a wider window is stated in the same breath.
