CaskX sells accredited investors full barrels of new-fill Kentucky bourbon and casks of Scotch whisky, bundled with eight or ten years of storage and insurance and a certificate of ownership, and offers to broker the sale later for 5%. Its Form D filings show $78.9 million of cumulative reported sales to 795 investors from December 2020 to November 2025, plus an $800,000 managed fund sold to nine investors in 2025 with 18.8% of the raise estimated for expenses and fees reimbursed or paid to the manager. Nothing else is filed: no financial statements, no audit, no adviser or broker-dealer registration that AltStreet could identify, no exit results located. The site quotes 13.85% annual appreciation since 2010 with no source, while trade commentary in 2025 and 2026 describes Kentucky holding a record 16.1 million aging barrels and four-year Kentucky bourbon that averaged about $4,000 a barrel in 2022 available for as little as $1,200, per Barrel Hub president Rob Arnold quoted by VinePair in April 2025.
