OurCrowd sells accredited investors, from $10,000 a deal, a limited partnership interest in a British Virgin Islands vehicle that invests in one startup, or an interest in one of its venture funds, alongside OurCrowd's own capital; the vehicles are run by OurCrowd International General Partner, a Jerusalem-based SEC exempt reporting adviser, and there is no redemption or public market for the interests. On the fee schedule for companies new to the portfolio from 2023, OurCrowd's own example allocates 11.5% of a gross commitment to fees and reserves at closing, with carry of 20% (25% above 5x) on profit over the full commitment. Its May 2026 Form ADV reports an annual audit on 32 of 457 vehicles, about 15% of reported gross assets, and OurCrowd publishes exit multiples measured from its own first investment rather than a vehicle-level record of distributions.
