EDGAR database · issuers

Private offering issuers, by industry and by month.

44,696 issuers that filed a Form D with the SEC since 2024, reported at least $1 million sold, and either raised from 10 or more investors or amended the notice at least once: $15687.2B of reported sales. Each issuer has a page with its filings, the economics it reported, the people it named and the questions investors ask, answered from the filing. One-investor vehicles and dormant filers are left out on purpose.

Ranked weekly and monthly lists of new notices are at EDGAR lists. Issuers tied to a platform AltStreet reviews are also under the fund directory.
