METHODOLOGY
For each quarterly cohort of Regulation A offering statements (Form 1-A, by SEC filing date), the share that reached the market, in percent: offerings the SEC qualified (QUALIF notice on file) that are reporting (a Form 1-K or 1-SA within 16 months), qualified without a report yet, or exited (Form 1-Z). The secondary value is the share withdrawn (Form 1-A-W) or dark (qualified, last periodic report 16 or more months ago). Raw carries the shares still at the filed-only stage and each state separately. Written once the cohort is 24 months old. Reg A has no SEC structured data set; the chains are built from the EDGAR full index and the filings' own XML where one exists, so a 1-K's financials beyond its header are not part of this series. Every print is recomputed from the whole table each run.
