METHODOLOGY
The Liv-ex Fine Wine 100 is Liv-ex's industry benchmark of the price movement of 100 of the most sought-after fine wines on its secondary market, published monthly. AltStreet records only the headline level Liv-ex publishes for the month, with the month-on-month change in value_secondary when stated, as a citation. Vinovest and other wine platforms benchmark their own performance against this index rather than publishing an index of their own, which is why it stands in for a price layer here.
