Key facts

6
  1. Bridgepoint Europe VIII A SCSp and B SCSp disclosed accumulated sales of $5.47 billion and $2.68 billion on Form D amendments filed October 20, 2026, their first reported sales figures.
  2. Sixth Street TAO Partners (G), L.P. disclosed $2.925 billion sold on a Form D amendment filed October 21, 2026; its sibling (H) disclosed $249.8 million the same day.
  3. Manufactured Housing Properties Inc. corrected a Form D offering amount from $100 billion to $100 million on October 20, 2026, and revised reported sales to $2.99 million.
  4. AltStreet's tracked Maple-to-stablecoin yield gap (its On-Chain Credit Spread series, whose credit leg is Maple Finance pools only) narrowed to 38 basis points on October 23 from 61 on October 16, the lowest of its 70 observations since August 15, 2026.
  5. AltStreet's large-pool stablecoin yield median rose to 4.71% on October 23 from 4.63% on October 16.
  6. WTI Cushing spot was $107.89 a barrel on October 20, against $108.21 on October 16, per EIA data.

Three private-fund vehicles disclosed their accumulated sales for the first time on Form D amendments this week: Bridgepoint Europe VIII A SCSp at $5.5 billion, Sixth Street TAO Partners (G) at $2.9 billion and Bridgepoint Europe VIII B SCSp at $2.7 billion. The amendments report totals sold since each vehicle's first sale, which came earlier; none of the three closed a transaction of that size this week. Manufactured Housing Properties corrected an offering it had entered as $100 billion to $100 million.

On-chain, the gap between Maple Finance's advertised pool yields and AltStreet's large-pool stablecoin median, the only credit leg in AltStreet's On-Chain Credit Spread series, narrowed to 38 basis points, its tightest reading in a short history. That is a change in two advertised yields, not evidence that credit risk fell. Crude was little changed against the prior Friday, tokenized-equity market cap rose on fewer symbols, and the GPU rental medians did not move.

AltStreet's reporting this week:

Three things that mattered

What a sales disclosure does and does not say. A Form D amendment reports the total sold since the offering began, by the issuer, unaudited. The three multibillion-dollar figures this week are stocks of capital accumulated over earlier first-sale dates, not flows closed in the week, and they say nothing about returns.

Corrections are not cuts. Two of this week's amendments reduced an offering amount or reported sales because the earlier notice was wrong or unused, not because an offering shrank. Reading every downward amendment as a failed raise would misread both.

A narrower advertised yield gap. The Maple-to-stablecoin gap fell by 23 basis points in a week as the stablecoin median rose and Maple's advertised yields eased. With one protocol on the credit side, the series tracks that protocol's pricing, not a market's view of private-credit risk.

Multibillion-dollar sales disclosures, and corrections that are not cuts

AltStreet's filing monitor flagged ten amended Form D notices among the issuers it follows for filings dated October 17 through 23 (the wrap's week runs Saturday through Friday by filing date): two Bridgepoint Europe VIII vehicles, two Sixth Street TAO vehicles, Manufactured Housing Properties, two Impossible Collection entities, two Rise entities and U.S. Real Estate Investment Fund. This is AltStreet's enumeration of its tracked universe, not a census of EDGAR.

The three largest disclosures were accumulated sales reported for the first time. Bridgepoint Europe VIII A SCSp reported about $5.47 billion sold on an October 20 amendment and its sibling, Bridgepoint Europe VIII B SCSp, about $2.68 billion the same day; AltStreet's article covers the four Bridgepoint vehicles together. Sixth Street TAO Partners (G) reported $2.925 billion on October 21, and its sibling, TAO Partners (H), $249.8 million the same day. Each figure is the total sold since the vehicle's first sale, which the filings place earlier in 2026.

Manufactured Housing Properties corrected an offering amount from $100 billion to $100 million on October 20 and, in the same amendment, revised its reported sales to about $2.99 million. Impossible Collection Comics LLC and Impossible Collection Inc. amended two May notices, for $1 billion and $50 million, with the words "Incorporator's correction - filing not used" and reported no sales: the issuers identified the earlier notices as unused. That is what the amendments establish; whether any offering was conducted through another route is not something a Form D amendment can show.

Two related Rise filings, both dated October 22, lowered the ceilings on existing offerings: Rise Natural Blockchain Fund I to $2.5 million from $100 million, with about $1.16 million sold, and Rise Energy Group to $25 million from $100 million, with $930,000 sold. Neither states a reason, and a lower ceiling does not by itself mean a raise has closed. The tenth notice was the annual amendment for U.S. Real Estate Investment Fund, LLC, whose reported sales rose about 2% to $8.52 billion.

Frequently asked

What does the yield gap measure? The gap between the advertised yields of the Maple Finance pools in AltStreet's credit leg (three pools this week, so Maple is 100% of the weight) and AltStreet's large-pool stablecoin yield median. It is a spread between two advertised rates, not a broad private-credit average and not a measure of default risk.

How large is AltStreet's tokenized-equity universe? The market cap and venue liquidity series track the Backed Finance xStocks family on Solana only: 84 symbols carried a market cap this week, and the liquidity series covers about 103. They are lower bounds; other issuers such as Ondo Global Markets are not counted.
