Fundify
Fundify is an app that invests a monthly amount you choose, from $1, into startups picked for you. Two SEC-registered affiliates of Fundify, Inc. sit behind it: Fundify Advisors LLC, an investment adviser that manages each account with discretion for 2% a year, and Fundify Portal, LLC, a Regulation Crowdfunding portal where the startups raise and which the startups pay. This review covers how money moves between the two, what each side pays, and what the filings show about earlier offerings.

What the data actually shows - TL;DR
Fundify's distinctive feature is who picks the startups. An SEC-registered adviser, Fundify Advisors LLC, invests each client's monthly deposit with discretion, and its brochure says the securities are 'generally offered through Fundify's affiliate, Fundify Portal', a crowdfunding portal that the startups pay in cash and, in some offerings, equity; the brochure calls this 'a conflict of interest'.
Read the full assessmentShow less
Clients pay 2% a year on invested holdings and give up the interest on cash awaiting investment; the pricing page calls the 2% 'the only fee'. The FAQ gives two answers on when a client sees a company's name, when the offering 'is officially filed with the SEC' and when the round closes, and a reservation can be canceled while it is open; after the close there is no withdrawal until a sale or IPO. The adviser's Form ADV, filed in July 2026, reports $888,512 under management in 9,393 accounts as of December 31, 2025. The portal's own record, set out below the fee and withdrawal sections, is 20 offerings in 2021 and 2022 with $320,650 of located raises, then none until four opened in 2026.
Fundify, Inc., principally owned by its CEO and founder Joshua Chodniewicz, owns the adviser (Fundify Advisors LLC, SEC-registered since August 15, 2023) and the funding portal (Fundify Portal, LLC, registered 2019). A third affiliate, Fundify Services LLC, manages the 2026 crowdfunding vehicles and, in two of the four 2026 Form Cs, is to receive shares from the startup (Chuck Waste) or a fee of 1% of its capitalization payable in cash, equity or both (XrossWorld AI).
What the client pays: an advisory fee of 2% a year, charged monthly on the lower of what you paid and the issuer-provided value of your holdings, cash excluded; on a steady $1,200 invested at cost, $24 a year. Fundify also keeps the interest earned on cash waiting to be invested, and the fee for a month is still due if you withdraw or close the account. No trading, deposit or withdrawal charge.
On when you see the company. The FAQ's reservation entry says 'Your reservation stays private until the offering is officially filed with the SEC. At that point you'll receive the company's name and full details'; three other entries say the name and details come 'once the round closes'. While a reservation is open you can cancel or withdraw (5 to 10 business days); after the close, the holding 'cannot be withdrawn until a liquidity event (like an acquisition or IPO)'. When the name first appears in the app, and whether a reservation can be canceled after it appears, is a question for Fundify.
What the startup pays: a cash fee to Fundify Portal on the money it raises in each 2026 offering (XrossWorld AI: 8.5% to $350,000 and 4% above), plus expense reimbursement and 'fixed and ongoing monthly fees', taken from gross proceeds and reducing what the startup keeps. The 2026 vehicle agreements put the vehicles' formation and operating expenses on the issuer as well. In 2021 and 2022 the portal took 6% cash plus 1.5% in securities.
The portal's earlier record: raised in the 2021 and 2022 offerings where an amount is on file (Baby Barista $150,000, Hydrogen Group $83,675, Work4Workers $58,475, NODABL Networks $28,500; AgWiki's annual report records its Fundify offering as raising $0). Nine other closed offerings have no amount located in EDGAR, and six were withdrawn. Baby Barista and Hydrogen Group have filed no annual report for any of fiscal years 2021 to 2025. This is evidence about public reporting after a raise; client returns are a separate question on which nothing is published.
Issuers are counted by SEC CIK (24) and offerings by SEC file number (24; each issuer filed one Fundify offering). Amounts raised come from the issuers' Form C-U progress updates and Form C-AR annual reports. Adviser figures are from the Form ADV filed July 31, 2026, whose brochure dates the assets under management to December 31, 2025. Portal cards and homepage counters are as displayed on November 5, 2026 and are not filed figures; the four cards' investor counts (3,180 to 4,910) sum to 16,100 with possible overlap between offerings and are not a count of people or of the adviser's accounts. Fee terms are offering-specific and were read from each Form C.
Quick Verdict
Is this platform right for you?
Fundify makes startup investing automatic for small amounts, under two SEC registrations with no disciplinary history. The cost is a structure in which the adviser choosing your companies belongs to the same group as the portal those companies pay, a 2% fee plus the interest on your waiting cash, and a FAQ that gives two answers on whether you see a company before its round closes. The brochure states the conflicts plainly; the pricing page does not, and the portal's earlier offerings left a thin public record.
Best for
- Investors putting in small monthly amounts who accept a managed, long-term startup portfolio, the conflicts the brochure describes and a reservation they may not see before it closes
Avoid if
- You want to choose or veto each company
- You may need the money within several years
- You want selection by an adviser that is not paid by the companies it picks
Top strengths
- SEC-registered adviser and FINRA-member portal, no disciplinary events disclosed
- $1 minimum and automatic monthly investing for non-accredited investors
- Third-party qualified custodian for cash and annual surprise custody exams
- Brochure states the affiliate and cash-interest conflicts directly
Key limitations
- Adviser buys 'generally' on its affiliate's issuer-paid portal; an affiliate receives shares or a capitalization-based fee in two 2026 offerings
- Pricing page calls the 2% the only fee
- FAQ gives two answers on when a company's name is shared; no withdrawal after the round closes
- Thin outcome record for the 2021 to 2022 offerings; no client returns published

Overview
Platform Overview
A concise read on what the platform is, how the structure works, and where the practical friction shows up for real investors.
You download the Fundify app, pick a monthly amount (no minimum, from $1), connect a bank account and sign an investment advisory agreement. Fundify Advisors LLC, an SEC-registered investment adviser in Austin, Texas, then has discretion to invest that money: its Investment Committee and 'ProAdvisors' (outside founders, operators and investors) choose startups, and each month's deposit is placed in an 'open startup reservation'. When the round closes, the reservation becomes an investment and the app shows the company's name, shares, price and valuation.
Client cash is held at North Capital Private Securities Corporation in Fundify's name as agent for clients. The startups raise under Regulation Crowdfunding, generally on Fundify Portal, LLC, an SEC-registered funding portal and FINRA member that the startups pay; since 2026 investors hold units of a crowdfunding vehicle (for example 'Fundify Woodchuck.ai CFV I, LLC') managed by Fundify Services LLC rather than the startup's shares directly.
What you buy is a managed portfolio of early-stage startup securities, mostly SAFEs and preferred stock held through crowdfunding vehicles. What it costs you: 2% a year plus the interest on your uninvested cash. What it costs the startup: 8.5% of each raise to the affiliated portal, out of gross proceeds.
Who runs it
Fundify, Inc. (Delaware), principally owned by CEO and founder Joshua Chodniewicz. Fundify Advisors LLC: SEC-registered investment adviser, CRD 319004, SEC 801-125725, 5900 Balcones Drive, Austin; registered August 15, 2023. Fundify Portal, LLC: SEC-registered funding portal 007-00216 (CIK 1788777) and FINRA member, formed September 2019; Matthew Jenkins added as a principal in March 2026. Fundify Services LLC: administrator of the 2026 crowdfunding vehicles.
What you pay
2% a year, charged monthly in arrears on the lower of cost and the issuer-provided value of your invested holdings (cash excluded); Fundify keeps all interest on uninvested cash; a month's fee is still due if you withdraw or close. The brochure says crowdfunding-vehicle administrative fees may apply; the 2026 vehicle agreements put the vehicles' expenses on the issuer. No trading, deposit or withdrawal charge. The March 2026 brochure says Fundify may offer lower fees to some clients through promotions, referrals and other discounts.
Withdrawals and liquidity
Cash in an open reservation can be canceled or withdrawn in 5 to 10 business days. The FAQ says in one entry that the company's name is shared when the offering is filed with the SEC and in three others when the round closes. After a round closes, holdings 'cannot be withdrawn until a liquidity event (like an acquisition or IPO)'. Fundify will make 'good faith efforts' to sell on written request but says the investments are illiquid. No secondary market.
What the startups pay
2026 Form Cs: 8.5% cash on the amount raised (XrossWorld AI 8.5% to $350,000, 4% above), expense reimbursement and 'fixed and ongoing monthly fees' to Fundify Portal; paid out of gross proceeds; Fundify Services LLC receives shares in one (Chuck Waste, about 0.25% fully diluted) and a fee of 1% of fully diluted capitalization 'payable in cash, equity, or a combination thereof' in another (XrossWorld AI); vehicle formation and operating expenses are the issuer's under the vehicle agreements. 2021 to 2022 Form Cs: 6% cash plus 1.5% in securities in most; MadeInUSA.com 5% plus 2.5%; EvStructure 7.5%; 3umph Studios $300,000 on a $5,000,000 target.
Offerings displayed (November 5, 2026)
Chuck Waste, Inc. (Woodchuck.AI), Series A preferred at about $40 million pre-money, $321,512 from 3,694 investors; Accelevate (HighTide Energy Inc.), SAFE at a $10 million post-money cap and 20% discount, $392,251 from 4,910; XrossWorld AI (Leben & Cerne Corp), SAFE at a $12 million cap, $291,694 from 3,180; Keepers (Keepers US Inc), SAFE, $411,005 from 4,316. Each through a crowdfunding vehicle, $1 minimum, deadlines May to August 2027.
Track record
24 issuers and 24 offerings since 2021: 20 in May 2021 to July 2022, none from August 2022 to April 2026, 4 open since May 2026. Of the 20: amounts located for 5 ($320,650; one of them $0), 9 closed with no amount located, 6 withdrawn. No client returns published.
Court and regulatory record
No regulatory action or investor suit naming Fundify, its affiliates or its officers located in AltStreet's enforcement tables or federal court records (November 5, 2026). Form ADV and the portal registration disclose no disciplinary events. The advisory agreement requires arbitration and waives class actions.
Visual Summary
Who pays what: client costs and issuer costs
Fee statements from Fundify's pricing page, its adviser brochure and agreement, the 2026 Form Cs and the vehicle agreements. The first three rows are the client's costs; the rest are the issuer's.
Pricing page (November 2026)
'The only fee that Fundify charges is a standard advisory fee of 2% annually on your invested assets under management'; 'There are zero additional fees.'
Brochure, Item 5 (March 2026)
2% of the lower of cost and issuer-provided value; Fundify 'retains all interest on cash held in Clients' Portfolios awaiting investment'; crowdfunding-vehicle administrative fees from Fundify Portal and other portals; fee still due after a withdrawal or termination
Advisory agreement, s.5
Where cash is short, the fee accrues against future deposits or sales of holdings 'at Fundify's sole discretion'
Chuck Waste Form C/A (September 2026)
Issuer pays: 8.5% to Fundify Portal, expense reimbursement, fixed and ongoing monthly fees; 25,630 shares to Fundify Services LLC
XrossWorld AI Form C/A (June 2026)
Issuer pays: 8.5% to $350,000, 4.0% above; a fee to Fundify Services LLC of 1% of fully diluted capitalization, 'payable in cash, equity, or a combination thereof'
Vehicle agreements, s.1.7 (Chuck Waste, Keepers, 2026)
Issuer pays: the vehicle's formation, operating and winding-up expenses 'shall be paid by the Crowdfunding Issuer'
2021 to 2022 Form Cs
Issuer pays: 6% cash plus 1.5% in securities in most offerings
ASClient costs and issuer costs, kept apart
- As an illustration, $24 a year is the advisory fee on a steady $1,200 invested at cost, charged in twelve monthly parts, plus whatever interest the uninvested cash earns in the meantime.
- On a $400,000 raise at 8.5%, a startup pays the portal $34,000 before expenses and monthly fees; at XrossWorld's tiered rate it would pay $31,750. That is the issuer's cost, paid from gross proceeds, and it reduces what the startup keeps to build the business.
- Because the fee base is the lower of cost and issuer-provided value, a markdown lowers the fee and a markup does not raise it above cost.
Key Gaps & Non-Disclosures
- No public record of where client money went between August 2023 and May 2026.
- No client returns published.
- Vehicle administrative fees and monthly portal fees not quantified in the sources reviewed.

Investment Structures
Managed startup portfolio (Fundify Advisors)
A discretionary advisory account: your monthly deposit is placed into open startup reservations, at most your monthly amount per company, and becomes an investment when each round closes.
Crowdfunding vehicle units (2026 offerings)
Investors buy membership units of a special purpose vehicle that holds the startup's security; the vehicle is managed by Fundify Services LLC, 'an affiliate of the Intermediary', its expenses are paid by the issuer, it elects to be taxed as a partnership and issues investors a Schedule K-1, and investors' rights are governed by its operating agreement rather than direct shareholder rights.
SAFEs and preferred stock
Keepers, Accelevate and XrossWorld AI sell SAFEs (Accelevate: $10 million post-money cap, 20% discount; XrossWorld: $12 million cap); Chuck Waste sells Series A preferred at about $40 million pre-money. A SAFE converts to shares only at a later priced round or sale.
2021 to 2022 portal offerings
SAFEs, common stock and two debt offerings (Capsll, SKD Publishing) issued directly by each company, with targets of $10,000 to $250,000 in most (Keepsake Tales $1; 3umph Studios $5,000,000).
Risk
Risk Structure
This is where the marketplace pitch gives way to the actual operating reality: delayed exits, limited disclosure, fee drag, and path-dependent outcomes.
Affiliated adviser and portal
The adviser chooses, with discretion, offerings that pay its affiliate; disclosed in the brochure, not in the offering documents.
Reservation timing
The FAQ says the name is shared when the offering is filed with the SEC in one entry and when the round closes in three; cancellation is possible only while the reservation is open.
Cash interest
Fundify keeps the interest on uninvested cash, a disclosed incentive to hold cash longer.
Affiliate-run vehicles
2026 holdings sit in crowdfunding vehicles managed by Fundify Services LLC, which also receives issuer shares or a capitalization-based fee in two of the four offerings; the issuer bears the vehicles' expenses.
Custody
Client cash at North Capital in Fundify's name as agent; annual surprise custody exams by Marcum LLP filed in 2025 and 2026.
Conflicted selection
The adviser buys, in the brochure's words, 'generally' on its parent's portal, which the startups pay 8.5% plus fees; in two 2026 offerings an affiliate also receives startup shares.
Why it matters
On an investment made through its portal, Fundify's group is paid by the client and by the company.
Mitigation / verification
Read Items 4, 5 and 10 of the brochure and ask Fundify how it compares portal offerings with third-party ones.
Reservation timing and lock-in
The FAQ differs on whether a company's name appears when its offering is filed or when the round closes; after the close, no withdrawal until an acquisition or IPO.
Why it matters
Whether you can see and decline a specific company before its round closes depends on which answer applies; once it closes you cannot.
Mitigation / verification
Keep the monthly amount at a level you would accept losing in any single company, and pause the account in the app if needed.
Thin public record
Nine of 14 closed 2021 to 2022 offerings have no amount located; the two largest raisers have filed no annual report since 2021.
Why it matters
Past portal offerings give little evidence of how holdings perform.
Mitigation / verification
Look up each company on EDGAR once the app names it, and check for Form C-U and C-AR filings.
Early-stage company risk
The 2026 issuers report losses: Accelevate lost $2.37 million on $77,533 of revenue, Chuck Waste $1.94 million on $2.44 million, Keepers $610,151 on $602,290, XrossWorld $516,034 on $133,301 (latest fiscal year in each Form C).
Why it matters
SAFE and preferred holders are paid only if the company is sold or lists, and can be diluted by later rounds.
Mitigation / verification
Read the Form C financial statements when the company is named.
Biggest Misconceptions & What Actually Happens
- 'Registered with the SEC' and 'registered with FINRA': the adviser is SEC-registered; the FINRA member is the funding portal. Neither registration is an endorsement of an investment.
- 'Assets Under Management' on the homepage ($1,078,576 on November 5, 2026) and regulatory assets under management in the Form ADV ($888,512 as of December 31, 2025) are different measures on different dates.
- 'Pre-vetted startups' and 'ProAdvisors': selection by Fundify's Investment Committee with outside advisers; the criteria and any ProAdvisor compensation are not published.
- Exit timing: the FAQ says many startups exit in three to five years, with no source, and that investors 'should plan to hold their investments for this long or longer'.
- The returns calculator's 121.6x figure is a site illustration with no stated source or method, not Fundify's performance.
Regulatory & Legal Posture
Security Status
Discretionary investment advisory accounts (Investment Advisers Act) holding Regulation Crowdfunding securities, and from 2026 crowdfunding-vehicle units, bought through a registered funding portal.
The adviser owes clients a fiduciary duty and files Form ADV; each issuer files a Form C with financial statements, progress updates and annual reports until it can terminate reporting.
Disclosure Quality
Candid on conflicts in the adviser's brochure; thin on outcomes after offerings close.
Custody Model
Client cash is held at North Capital Private Securities Corporation in Fundify's name as agent for clients; Fundify has constructive custody and an independent accountant (Marcum LLP) performs a surprise annual examination. Securities are held by the issuers' or the crowdfunding vehicles' records.
Regulatory Backing
Fundify Advisors LLC, SEC-registered investment adviser (CRD 319004), no disclosure events; Fundify Portal, LLC, SEC-registered funding portal 007-00216 and FINRA member, no disciplinary history disclosed.
Tax Treatment
Reporting
For the 2026 offerings, a Schedule K-1 from the crowdfunding vehicle: all four offering documents say 'Investors will receive IRS Form K-1 for tax reporting purposes', and the vehicle agreements elect partnership taxation. Delivery timing is not stated. Securities held directly produce tax forms only on dividends or sales.
Not stated on fundify.com.
Income Character
Capital gain or loss on a sale or liquidity event.
SAFEs generally have no tax event until conversion or a sale.

AltStreet Data Layer
What the data actually shows
AltStreet read the adviser's Form ADV and brochure, the portal's eight registration filings and every EDGAR filing of its 24 issuers, including 801 scanned pages read by OCR.
Two registrations, one pipeline
The brochure says portfolio investments are 'generally offered through Fundify's affiliate, Fundify Portal'; the four portal offerings of 2026 show 3,180 to 4,910 investors each at $80 to $95 per investor, and none of their Form Cs mentions Fundify Advisors.
What this means
The displayed counts are a sum of four cards with possible overlap and do not establish how many investors came through managed accounts; the offering documents do not say, and the adviser's 9,393 accounts are a separate figure.
Gap between offerings
Twenty offerings from May 2021 to July 2022, none from August 2022 to April 2026, four from May 2026. The adviser registered in August 2023.
What this means
Where client money went in 2023 to 2026 is not in the public record AltStreet reviewed.
Outcomes of the early offerings
Of 20 offerings in 2021 and 2022: 4 reported raises totaling $320,650, AgWiki reported $0, 9 closed with no amount located in EDGAR, 6 withdrawn. Baby Barista and Hydrogen Group, the two largest, have no Form C-AR for fiscal years 2021 to 2025; NODABL's fiscal 2025 report, due April 30, 2026, is not on file; Work4Workers filed two and terminated reporting in April 2024.
What this means
The portal's record says little about how investments perform after a round closes.
Escrow contact
The portal registration named Prime Trust for investor funds through the April 2023 amendment and was next amended in May 2025, naming North Capital.
What this means
The registration named Prime Trust for about two years after its parent's 2023 bankruptcy filing; the filings do not show when investor funds moved.

Decision Fit
Investor Fit
Who this works for, who it does not, and what level of patience and complexity tolerance the platform really demands.
Non-accredited investors who want small, automatic startup exposure and accept not choosing the companies
$1 minimum and diversification over time; selection is discretionary and the brochure discloses the affiliate conflict.
Investors who want to approve each company before investing
Selection is the adviser's; the FAQ differs on whether the name appears before the close, and cancellation is possible only while the reservation is open.
Investors who may need the money back
No withdrawal after a close until a sale or IPO.
Investors comparing fees across startup platforms
2% a year plus cash interest retained are the client's costs; the issuer fees to the affiliated portal are the startup's.
Tradeoffs
Key Tradeoffs
The attraction of pre-IPO access is real, but every benefit comes bundled with a corresponding liquidity, transparency, or pricing cost.
Automatic vs. sight unseen
Fundify invests for you each month; its FAQ differs on whether you see a company before its round closes.
$1 minimum vs. two fee streams
Tiny amounts get in; the client pays 2% a year and forgoes cash interest, and the startup pays the affiliated portal 8.5% of each raise.
Disclosed conflict vs. independence
The brochure is direct about the affiliate; selection still runs through it.

Who This Is Not For
This section should be read as a filter, not an afterthought. If you need income, simplicity, or near-term access to capital, the structure is working against you.
Investors who need liquidity
No withdrawal after a round closes until a sale or IPO.
Investors who want to choose companies
Selection is discretionary; the FAQ differs on when the name is disclosed.
Investors who want an adviser independent of the deals
The adviser buys 'generally' on its affiliate's issuer-paid portal.
Editorial View
AltStreet Perspective
The compressed version of the review: what matters, what marketing tends to obscure, and how we would frame the platform for a serious allocator.
Verdict
An automated, $1-minimum startup portfolio under two SEC registrations, built on an adviser that buys, generally, on its own group's issuer-paid portal.
Positioning
Use it only with small amounts you can lock up for years, after reading the brochure's Items 4, 5 and 10.
The Bottom Line
Easy to start, hard to see into, and paid on both sides.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
High-intent search questions answered directly, without making users hunt through the full review.
Is Fundify legit?
Fundify's two operating companies are registered with the SEC: Fundify Advisors LLC as an investment adviser (CRD 319004) and Fundify Portal, LLC as a funding portal and FINRA member (007-00216). Neither reports a disciplinary event, and AltStreet located no regulatory action or investor lawsuit against them. Registration does not endorse the investments, and the brochure says the adviser buys 'generally' on its own affiliate's portal.
How does Fundify work?
You choose a monthly amount from $1 and connect a bank account. Fundify Advisors invests it with discretion into startups chosen by its Investment Committee and ProAdvisors, placing it in an open reservation until each round closes. Then the app shows the company, your shares, the price and the valuation.
What does Fundify cost?
2% a year on your invested holdings, valued at the lower of cost and the issuer's valuation and charged monthly. Fundify also keeps the interest on cash waiting to be invested, and crowdfunding-vehicle administrative fees can apply. Separately, each 2026 startup pays Fundify Portal 8.5% of its raise plus expenses and monthly fees.
Do I get to choose which startups I invest in?
No. Fundify chooses. Its FAQ gives two answers on when you see the company: one entry says the reservation 'stays private until the offering is officially filed with the SEC', when you receive 'the company's name and full details'; three others say the name comes once the round closes. You can cancel or withdraw while a reservation is open, so whether you can decline a specific company depends on which answer applies. Your monthly amount is the most Fundify will put into any one company.
Can I withdraw my money from Fundify?
While money sits in an open reservation, yes: you can cancel the reservation or withdraw, in 5 to 10 business days through the in-app chat. After a round closes, the money 'cannot be withdrawn until a liquidity event (like an acquisition or IPO)'. A month's advisory fee is still due if you withdraw or close the account.
Do I have to be accredited to use Fundify?
No. Fundify accepts accredited and non-accredited investors, and the 2026 offerings set a $1 minimum purchase.
What is the conflict of interest at Fundify?
Fundify Advisors buys for clients, with discretion, startup securities that are 'generally offered through Fundify's affiliate, Fundify Portal', which the startups pay in cash and equity; in two of the four 2026 offerings another affiliate, Fundify Services LLC, is also to receive startup shares or a fee of 1% of the company's capitalization payable in cash or equity. Fundify also keeps interest on uninvested cash, which its brochure says gives it 'an incentive to maintain Clients' assets in cash'. Both conflicts are disclosed in the brochure.
How much has Fundify raised for startups?
On the portal, five 2021 to 2022 offerings have amounts on file totaling $320,650 (one at $0), nine closed with no amount located and six were withdrawn. The four 2026 offerings displayed $1,416,462 raised on November 5, 2026, which is the portal's figure, not a filed total. The adviser's Form ADV filed in July 2026 reports $888,512 under management as of December 31, 2025.
Where is my money held?
Cash is held at North Capital Private Securities Corporation in Fundify's name as agent for clients, and an accounting firm examines that custody once a year by surprise. After a close, you hold the startup security or, for 2026 offerings, units of a crowdfunding vehicle managed by Fundify Services LLC.
Can I sue Fundify?
The advisory agreement requires arbitration of disputes and waives class actions.

What's changed in this Fundify review
New data, new findings, corrections, and confirmations as they emerge. Most recent updates appear first.
- Correction
Reservation timing: FAQ (captured 2026-11-05) entry 'What is a Fundify reservation?' ('Confidential until public') against the entries at 'How does Fundify work?', 'How long until my reservation becomes an investment?' and 'What pre-IPO startups are in Fundify's portfolio?'; cancellation while open per 'Can I withdraw or cancel my account?'.
- Correction
Costs by payer: client (2% advisory fee, retained cash interest, Form ADV Part 2A Item 5) and issuer (8.5% portal fee, expense reimbursement, monthly fees, Form C cover and 'Commission and Fees'; vehicle expenses per the Chuck Waste and Keepers vehicle agreements s.1.7). Fee example restated.
- Correction
XrossWorld AI Form C/A: Fundify Services LLC fee of 1% of fully diluted capitalization 'payable in cash, equity, or a combination thereof', not shares only. All four 2026 Form Cs: 'Investors will receive IRS Form K-1'; vehicle agreements s.8.2 partnership election.
- Structural
Thesis shortened to the selection conflict, costs and reservation timing; bullets, key characteristics and core implications reordered so fees and withdrawals precede the 2021 to 2022 census; the '2% + 8.5%' stat replaced; the managed-account inference removed from the data insight. Score inputs unchanged.
