Small Change

Small Change is among the earliest registered Regulation CF funding portals, file number 007-00012 since February 2016, and it is still registered today. AltStreet built its 58-issuer filing census and reconstructed its project listing from raw HTML, and the result is a sharp asymmetry. After nearly a decade the filings establish who raised, what was offered, and when reporting stopped. They generally do not establish how much any offering ultimately raised, or what investors ultimately received. Of 49 campaigns with a Form C-U, five state a dollar amount, totaling $54,000 across the whole book, and no distribution, exit or investor return anywhere on the platform has been verified from a filed source. One further structural point a visitor should know: the website is shared by two companies, the registered portal open to everyone and NSSC Crowd, LLC, which hosts Rule 506(c) offerings for accredited investors only.
